Getting to Know You,
to Find Out What You Want...
Skill & Experience
We want a detailed history of your employment experience. This is usually provided via your resume; there may be some additional questions to ask or details to clarify. Our Consultants can offer tips and suggestions on how to make your CV more appealing to Health Service Managers.
There may be questions regarding your training and qualifications, specific areas of healthcare where you aren’t keen to work. We would like to more what you did and did not enjoy about your past workplaces, so we can refine our search.

Contract Details
Is this your very first contract or are you a seasoned Travel Nurse? You may know exactly what you are after, or you may need some guidance…either way, we are here to support your decision making.
What length contract are you looking for? Would you be open to a contract extension? We will be discussing locations; where have you been before, have you heard of any locations from friends or is there somewhere on your bucket list you really want to go.

Who are you travelling with?
Are you travelling solo or is the whole family, including pets, going along with you? This will have a big impact on the locations available and something we will need to know in advance. It all comes down to accommodation and what the health services are able to offer.

Documentation Explained & Collected
Starting agency nursing takes some setup, but your consultant will guide you through it. We break the process down, help organise any required training, track your compliance, and notify you before anything expires.
We’ll collect core mandatory training, advise on any additional requirements based on your role or location, and manage your references—contacting two recent managers to complete them for you.

Options Explored & Submissions
Your Consultant will start exploring the options which may suit your dates and preferences. We will discuss the options in detail and have an open back and forth. You will be submitted to the client(s) for their review. We will only submit you to vacancies we have previously discussed with you.

Payroll & Admin Contact
You will also be contacted by our admin and payroll team for onboarding and safety checklists.
